Traditional wood & mesh aviary 28 Feb 2009

shows a four-flight, traditionally built garden aviary. It has a floor created with paving slabs; a partly covered roof; a centrally designed area for fixing nest boxes internally and where there is also room for storage of seed and other bird related paraphernalia. Each flight had a full-sized entrance door. Access to the rear flight, on each side of the central storage area, is gained via the flight at the front of it. There is a large safety porch enclosing the front, flight entrances. The rear of the building was fully boarded.
